Get Your Game On Blog Hop!

Welcome to Scrap-Friendzy's "Get Your Game On" blog hop!! Our DT will have lots of inspiration for you this weekend! The hop will run from now until midnight (CST) February 5th.

But this is not your average Blog Hop! We're gonna throw in a little extra fun with a Touchdown Challenge! At every stop on the hop, you will be given a special "ingredient" from each DT Member. Your Challenge is to take any 6 of the "ingredients" and complete any ONE project of your choice!! If you are feeling confident and think you can make that extra point, use 7 of the ingredients and you will get 2 draws. Simply upload your project in the Gallery and link it back to the "Get Your Game on" blog hop thread in the forum to be eligible for the Grand Prize AND earn 25 bonus Friendz Pointz in the month of February!

Don't forget: This BLOG HOP is just the beginning and there will be challenges all through the month of February for your chance to be our next Girlfriend of the Month!!

So on to the hop! I am a HUGE football fan - if the Cowboys are playing it will be on at our house, if is Friday night - we will be under the lights cheering the guys on and of course if one of my guys is playing I will bounce back and forth between cheering and hiding my eyes! So if you are watching the game you have to know how to spot your favorite players - which means knowing their number! So my ingredient for you is to add numbers to your LO! Here are a couple football LOs I have done to give you some inspiration!

I can't wait to see what you create! Remember your LO doesn't have to be football themed, it just has to contain the ingredients from the sites on the hop - 6 for a touchdown and 7 if you are going for the extra point! Then make sure to link your LO up to the "Get Your Game On" thread in the forum.

Family

I have been trying to expand my scrapping to include more LOs of family, friends and even myself and not just scrap my boys and my niece all the time! Here is a LO I did of DHs cousin and his wife. It is based on a sketch by Tracey over at Scrap Friendzy and I added a banner for the current challenge over at Burlap and Buttercups.

New Creations in the New Year

Well I am kicking January off with a bang! So far I have gotten a page a day done! Here is a LO I completed for the blog hop over at My Scraps & More! I picked up all the "ingredients" for my LO along the way including chipboard, buttons, twine, a journaling block, and two fonts!

A New Year

Well 2012 has arrived. I'd gotten so busy toward the end of the year I neglected my blog and my scrapping, but I'm back at it! Here is a LO I did for a challenge over at Scrap Fit to use the lyrics from "Love is a Battlefield" for inspiration. It is based on a sketch from Brenshevia over at the Colorful Creations blog.
